This place is very hard to access for people with mobility challenges. There are no elevators or wheelchair ramps. I had to climb and descend several flights of stairs just to reach the conference room!

The layout uses the area's geography to create a multilevel facility, which gives the place a distinctive design. The catch is that when the elevator is out of order, there are lots of stairs to climb. Still, it's a beautiful, calm, refreshing place, with clean rooms and professional staff. Very nice overall.

The hotel and staff are nice, and the air-conditioned rooms are a real plus in the hot season. But with the elevator out of order, there were lots of stairs to climb. It was also easy to get lost trying to find the room, reception, or restaurant because there weren't many signs. The restaurant's menu was limited, and some listed items weren't available.

I attended a World Health Organization (WHO) meeting here around July 2018. The setting in Abidjan is beautiful, secure, and convenient. The rooms were neat, good, and very comfortable, and the staff were at their best. It was also interesting that they were bilingual. The food was good, and the tea break, buffet, and breakfast were very good.

The service made my stay enjoyable, and the hotel was peaceful. Its striking architecture makes getting around feel like navigating a maze, which is exercise enough for the day.
