2/10
I found the rooms clean and acceptable, and the staff were friendly. But the restaurant had nothing to eat: the entire menu was out of stock. I had to walk around looking for a proper restaurant. At lunch, they said food would be available for dinner, but that never happened. The people working there said there was no manager on duty.

The people serving guests are wonderful and very helpful, and the rooms are luxurious and soundproof. They’re also small for the price. Parking becomes a nightmare when the inside lot is full, because of the location.

6/10
The staff were hospitable and helpful, but the amenities need improvement. Water kept cutting out, and after it was repaired, the internet stopped working. The power sockets were awkwardly placed, so working was difficult. I won’t stay there again.

The staff are wonderful, and I told them so. It’s cosy and well located. Keep up the great service, and see you soon.

The service is fantastic, and they also make an effort to speak English.
