The staff made our first visit to Abidjan feel special. We landed around 1 am, and the driver was already there to take us straight to the hotel. Konan at reception was a huge help, as were the other staff members. Everyone went out of their way for us, including joining us around the city to translate when the language barrier made exploring difficult. The hotel is modern and clean, and we enjoyed the pool, though the gym equipment wasn’t working. The museum curator even took us to the market and found a place where we could get pedicures. Our housekeeper brought our clothes to a tailor for repairs and had them back that same afternoon. The restaurant manager served us breakfast twice even though we arrived 30 minutes after it had ended. We also had drinks and a fancy brunch at the rooftop lounge, which gets busy on weekends. We’re very grateful we chose this hotel and would definitely stay again when we return to Abidjan.

The rooms are comfortable, and the staff are keen to help, even though English can be a struggle for them.
