Seen Hotel Abidjan Plateau

The bed was solid and comfortable, with good pillows. The bathroom and shower were nice, and the towels were big, two per room, which is unusual in Côte d'Ivoire. I liked the funky decor and art, especially the mask display in the bar. There was a nice view from the 7th floor, and some feature windows even if you're not staying on that level. Most of the counter staff spoke English, and the signs were in French and English. The room had USB charging ports, type A only, but none by the bed. The electric outlets were standard type C/E, with one near each side of the bed. I was there during Ramadan, and the iftar buffet seemed pricey, though I didn't try it. The TV had few channels in either language and couldn't be found as a Bluetooth device for music, despite the instructions. I had trouble checking out around 04:30 am. Checkout itself was quick, but when I asked them to call a taxi, I thought they had, then waited about ten minutes and it seemed they still hadn't. The staff member seemed caught up figuring out which gare I wanted, though I could have directed the driver myself. I eventually gave up and walked through the rain until I found a taxi. I don't recommend doing that at that time of night, and I nearly missed the bus.
