White House Apartments

White House Apartments was the best. Brent and Eve were fantastic hosts, and their staff were friendly too. They replied quickly before and during our trip and were always happy to help with questions. The apartment was clean and well equipped, with filtered drinking water and lots of DVDs for a rainy day indoors. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Rarotonga.

Friendly hosts and a well equipped apartment with everything for a great family holiday. The location near Aroa beach was great for swimming and snorkelling. Highly recommend!

We spent eight lovely nights in the pool view apartment with our two teenage kids. Having our own place instead of a hotel room gave us room to spread out, play board games, cook after snorkelling or the cross island walk, and have snacks before dinner. We didn't have to compete for hotel loungers or a breakfast buffet, which made the stay relaxing. The location was awesome, on what is indeed the island's best snorkelling beach when the wind isn't coming from the south, which it often does. We even saw turtles. The house was close and had everything we needed: a kayak, beach gear and towels, games, a trolley to haul things to the beach, a covered clothesline, a lovely pool with loungers, spacious outdoor furniture, privacy, a well equipped kitchen, and a working BBQ. The fridge could have been a bit bigger for us. The rooms were basic but spacious. One shower worked better than the other, there was some noise from roosters, dogs, and the water pump, and the hot water was a bit temperamental. Still, it was great value for money, and we especially appreciated that the owner let us stay until after lunch on departure day. We'd definitely stay again if we return to Raro. We had our own little slice of paradise in the detached two-bedroom unit, with four of us staying there. It was spotless, and the private BBQ area was awesome. The beach was close, and we could walk to a few other spots too. Brent and Eve made us feel so welcome and had everything we needed sorted. We stayed at the white house two weeks ago and loved it. It was blissfully private, with nobody around. I’d absolutely recommend it for a getaway, and I can’t wait to go back next year.
