Arenamaris Apartment

The view is stunning, and it’s very peaceful here. The building is comfortable and attractive, right by the beach. When the waves are too rough to swim, the pool and jacuzzi are both great options. There isn’t much nearby, no shops, kiosks, or minimarkets, so getting around by car is best. Walking to things takes a while.

The apartment was spotless and had everything I needed, so I just had to show up ready to enjoy myself. The pool was good, but the hot tub was the highlight. It’s a quiet, attractive condominium with spectacular views from the apartments, and I thought it was worth every penny.

People in Algarrobo Norte hate having this condominium as a neighbor. The issue isn’t real estate development in general, but that this building was an eyesore that didn’t need to be built. It’s suspicious that the municipality’s zoning plan permits high-rise construction right on the property owned by the Arenamaris owners.

Behind this monument to a lack of awareness, you can find beautiful houses for rent at the same or better prices than before. They used to have sea views. This cheap building, despite its exorbitant prices for superficial people, destroyed the natural environment of Algarrobo Norte beach and badly affected property values for neighbors.
