What made this stay memorable was the warmth of the family who run the hotel. They invited us to a barbecue one evening, and we spent hours sharing food, drinks, and conversation right outside the hotel. It felt like a lovely example of Chilean hospitality. I arrived ahead of schedule with my bags, and the man at reception, who I think was called Jack, kindly let me check in early. He was polite, spoke perfect English, and made me feel welcome straight away. Jack also gave us useful tips on where to eat and drink, and which areas to avoid for safety, which made exploring the city easier and more enjoyable. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and comfortable for the price range. The hotel was easy to find, in a nice area, and I felt safe throughout the stay. A wonderful experience thanks to the people running the place, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and genuine hospitality.

The shower was awful, tiny, and smelly, and the drain DOES NOT WORK. The mattress was defective too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

A nice aparthotel, though the kitchen is shared and some guests leave it dirty.

A modest place to stay, but small, clean, and affordable.
