I found the beds very comfortable, and it's a good value option for business trips or a quiet break. The faulty fridge and TV remote were both replaced that afternoon. Still, as of January 2026 the elevator was out of order, and the loose shower door didn't close properly.

The hotel was very good. My room was airy and spacious, the double bed had clean linens, and there was a covered, enclosed garage.

I was there for a week on a work trip. The reception staff were really friendly, and the room had plenty of space, though I missed having a mini-fridge to keep water cold. Breakfast could use a better selection.

Room 23 was in the center of Antofagasta, and breakfast was average. The hotel is old, and it may be fine for just one night, but we found mouse droppings in the bathroom, stained bedspreads, and bad-smelling towels. There was mold on the shower ceiling, and the only working outlet was the one for the TV. The toilet seat was plastic. The reception staff need customer service training, and getting into the parking lot is tricky because the entrance is so narrow that it's easy to scratch a car or truck.

The room was clean and everything else was fine. There's parking, too. Traffic noise and people honking in the street woke me up, though. Without that, I'd have given the hotel five stars.
