The rooms and beds are comfortable, which is the only good thing here. The bathtubs are clogged: when you shower, the tub overflows and hair starts coming up the drain. For two days there was no hot water, just freezing showers.

The staff were very friendly, especially Ms. Helen. The place was tidy and clean, had parking, and served a good breakfast. But the room was very hot, with no little fan or window. There are no double rooms, only single beds. At 37,000 Chilean pesos, the price felt expensive for what you get.

Mine workers pass through here, and while it's clean, people don't respect the quiet. At 6:00 am or even earlier, you can hear workers marching and people being called out, whether or not you're trying to rest.

The staff were attentive, and the place felt clean and cozy. I'd definitely recommend it.

We got there at dawn on a Sunday and were given rooms with a cabin. I paid at the same time, but the owner never gave me any documents. I still haven't received the invoice, just excuses.
