I booked through WhatsApp after finding the website, and he kindly let me check in just before 23:00. The room was comfortable and had what I needed. Some parts looked worn, but it was clean, and the Wi-Fi handled streaming. The instant hot shower worked, though getting the temperature right could be tricky. I'd stay here again.

The friendly people made me really enjoy my stay. It's very close to the center, and I felt safe there. My one suggestion would be to have a hairdryer available.

We keep coming back whenever we travel from Argentina, and this was our second stay. Everything was clean and felt safe, and Don Michel was always attentive. We'll return again. Thanks for everything!

Ms. Natalia provided excellent service, which I want to recognize. The room itself needs more attention to cleanliness, and the pillows should be replaced because they're in very poor shape. The trundle bed mattress was awful and smelled bad, and the bedspreads were very dirty. They need to put more focus on quality service.

I didn't even get to stay because of how the reservation was handled beforehand. We had agreed on a payment date, but there was no commitment to that agreement, and I felt no empathy. They pressured me to cancel and free up the room, saying I had been “rude” on WhatsApp. I still can't see what disrespectful words they mean, and I felt they were the ones treating me disrespectfully. The customer service is inconsistent. It seems Ms. Carolina at reception is fighting this battle alone.
