I rented an apartment for work for four months, and it was a terrible stay. The place was quiet and close to downtown Arica, but the apartment had only the basics: two bedrooms, an old kitchen, and no parking. The terrace was in awful shape, with completely rusted handrails, and the stairs were never cleaned. The street outside the hotel was covered in dog poop. The owner also deducted a significant amount from my security deposit for a cleaning service that wasn’t supposed to be provided. I’d never go back!

It’s a quiet place to relax, but only has the basics: two bedrooms, an old kitchen, and no parking. The location is very good, just two blocks from the center.

The owners are kind and understanding, and the location is very convenient. You get plenty of independence. There’s no breakfast, but the room has an electric kettle, plates, cups, and cutlery. Definitely RECOMMENDED. If I return to Arica, I’d feel comfortable staying here again. Thank you.

The owner is very friendly and a good person. It’s also very close to downtown Arica. A nice touch is that they provide soap, shampoo, and towels for guests.
