The common areas are pleasant, and the rooms have an old-fashioned feel. It’s an older hotel, so don’t expect anything fancy or brand new. For the price, though, it’s pretty wonderful. Being so close to the airport also makes a layover there or back easy.

It was a wonderful stay, and the airport is very close. I’d highly recommend it!

The buffet breakfast and evening meals were superb, and the rooms were lovely. I’ve stayed here twice now and would gladly come back again. Excellent hotel.

Being close to the airport is handy if you have an early flight, but that’s the only thing I can recommend. The whole building smells bad, and it’s really dirty. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel.

We chose this place for one night because we wanted to stay near the airport. Our flight wasn’t until the evening, so we planned to spend the day by the pool. The location was perfect, and the beds and rooms were comfortable. The spa jacuzzi was lovely and warm, while the pool was freezing, but refreshing! Breakfast was good. Lunch was the problem: two sandwiches with chips and two beers cost us about £35 GBP. The food was edible, but not good. The sandwiches were chewy, and the chips tasted like cheap oven chips. Sadly, it made us feel quite unwell. Just don’t order the sandwiches!
