The rooms were spotless, though a bit old fashioned, and the breakfast was average. It seemed like okay value all things considered. The location is very central, while the basement parking is a little tight. There are pool tables on the third floor too, a nice extra if you fancy a few frames.

6/10
The stay was wholly acceptable, but that’s about it. This place probably had its heyday in the seventies, and now it feels tired and dated in pretty much every way. The rooms need a makeover, the carpets should be replaced, and the woodwork is still original. I think they’re serving the same breakfast menu they had on opening day.

The location is great, and the cleaning staff are kind. But the rooms are small and worn out, and the hotel really needs an update.

The restaurant serves very good food, and the service was remarkable. They were willing to help with any request I had during my stay.

Right on the main square, which made the location really convenient. The place is a little dated.
