It's a very rural, quiet area, with birds as the only sounds and native trees all around. From here you're 15 minutes from Castro's traffic congestion, and the ocean views are amazing. The spacious, comfortable cabins are spotless and only 5-7 years old. They have efficient heating and kitchens stocked with utensils. The host is friendly, polite, and has lots of ideas for things to do each day, so ask for suggestions. Visiting from San Francisco, California.

The climb is steep, so I wouldn't recommend coming without a vehicle. The cabins have lots of amenities, an unparalleled view, and the owner gives second-to-none attention.

A real find just five minutes from Castro. The view is incredible, and the spectacular cabins have everything you need except a hairdryer. Highly recommended.
