The staff were warm and helpful, and the laundry service was very good. My room was clean with a hot shower, and it seems like a handy base for visiting Pan De Azucar.

The hotel was okay, but the winter room felt cold and the blankets were awful. You can hear through the walls, and rooms facing the street get light from the hotel's sign.

Our four-person cabin was spotless, with comfortable beds, hot water, a private bathroom, and clean towels. The receptionist and the person who helped us get into the car were both great. Parking was a little tight, but the service and location were excellent. I'd definitely recommend it.

For 50,000, we had a room with a king bed and a single bed. The price seemed fair for the location, and it was spotless. They provided what we needed, including a private bathroom, TV, breakfast, parking, and even shampoo. The service was excellent.
