Katherine at reception welcomed us warmly and was really helpful. Her English was fluent, so we could ask her all our questions. Thanks to everyone at parador austral for making the stay excellent. We recommend coming here for a mountain hotel experience. Gracias, maybe we'll be back one day ;) Greetings, Nils y Ilse.

Tucked away in the middle of nowhere, this is a comfortable, modern lodge. The attentive staff made us feel like VIPs.

We had such a lovely time here, and the whole team was kind to us throughout. Breakfast was really good, with attentive service and great food. The restaurant was a highlight too: a broad menu, an excellent wine selection, and delicious dishes. We ate every meal there, and they were all excellent. One of the most charming and pleasant places we've stayed in Chile.
