Marcia was so kind and attentive. The place is super nice, with rooms overlooking the lake, comfortable beds and pillows, and everything very clean.

We paid $200 USD for one night in the large cabin, and for what it actually is, that felt like a rip-off. I rarely write reviews, especially negative ones, but the maintenance and quality of the things there need attention. The old bed and the shower that swings between freezing hot and freezing cold were frustrating, as was heating only with wood. The grill catches fire, yet they charge an extra $10 USD to use it. They also ask another $50 USD for the bathtub.

The service was excellent, and the cabin was good. It's an isolated place with eco-sustainable cabins, so don't expect luxuries, but it's a good spot to recharge and disconnect. There were lots of spiders, which I found uncomfortable, though it didn't seem like a cleanliness issue. It's just the location, and something that can happen in places close to nature. The price is a bit high, but I think it's worth it to unplug.
