For the price, this is a fantastic deal. I arrived late at night and the owners were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and private. Perfect budget accommodation, couldn't ask for better!

The owners were so friendly and made us feel welcome as foreigners. I loved the service and would come back. It's small but cozy, very clean, and the bed was comfortable with good sheets.

The rooms are on the small side, but it's a great choice if you're working in Chillán or just passing through. The service is excellent and the room prices are reasonable.

The location and service were good, but the room was disappointing. It was dirty, the shower didn't provide steady hot water, and the mattresses were in terrible condition, among other things.

The service was excellent, and the room had its own bathroom. Everything was very clean.
