I’d rather stay somewhere else after that call. I’d asked on Booking.com about checking in early and got no reply, so I called just to ask. The woman who answered was incredibly rude, got angry at the question, and sounded haughty and condescending. If that's how they treat me by phone, I don't want to find out what they're like in person.

The location was good, but breakfast had few choices and no butter. Security was poor.

The bathroom was tiny and had no ventilation, though it was exceptionally clean. The room itself was small but comfortable. Breakfast was included and good, and the staff were friendly with very good service.

Good location, and there was always hot water. The service was great across all 3 shifts.

The bed was very comfortable, and even though our room faced the street, it was remarkably quiet. It felt like an old house, warm but still very cool inside. We arrived worn out after a long trip and were able to properly relax. We were only there during the day, but everything seemed welcoming, and the person who greeted us was very friendly and attentive.
