Hotel D&V Concepcion

The place was cheap and clean, and the cleaning service was excellent. But the bathrooms really need maintenance, I had problems there. Breakfast was very limited and poor for what it cost as an add-on. Could work in an emergency.

The room got very hot, even with a fan, since there was no air conditioning. Its window faced the hallway. We were two people but found just one towel and no toilet paper, and the Wi-Fi stopped working after 9:00 AM. The front desk was very helpful, and the facilities were new. There was also a shop right across from the hotel, open even on Sundays. I had booked two nights, but wildfires meant I needed to leave Concepcion urgently. I checked out after one night and wasn't refunded. That was disappointing.

I slept really well here, thanks to a bed that was just right after a long day. The room was clean overall and had what I needed for a comfortable stay. One drawback: if your room faces the courtyard, the electric curtain at the entrance can be noisy, especially in the morning and at night. Still, it's a good option in Concepción if a good night's rest matters to you.

The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the staff were attentive. We had to move from the third floor because the shower pressure there was very weak. They put us in apartment 02 on the second floor, facing the street, and charged us the difference in the nightly rate. The street-facing window doesn't block sound, so traffic and motorcycles were constant, and the electric parking gate was noisy at night too.
