The beds were comfortable, and the staff was pleasant. I booked for one night at the last minute and found nothing especially memorable. The room was small, with mold in the bathroom, and the street stayed busy and loud late into the night. Parking was free and convenient. Even with my foreign passport and tourist card, the front desk wouldn't deduct the Chilean tax.

We picked this place for our final two nights before heading home, and it suited us perfectly. We were in town to see the flowering desert, which turned out to be a wonderful experience. The place was very clean, and both the service and breakfast were 10/10. Great value for the price. 100% recommended.

The breakfast was really awful. They served single portions at the table, there was no milk, just instant coffee, and the little pat of butter barely covered the hard bread. Not a piece of fruit, either. There was no soap in the bathroom, though at least the shower was good. In the triple rooms, they wouldn't push the beds together to make a double. Truly horrible.

Mr. Ivan and the staff were so kind and attentive, which made our stay really pleasant. The hotel was reasonably priced and in a great spot. Everything was spotless, from the room to the bathroom.
