I paid for a one-night room by debit card because the first payment hadn't gone through. They later said it had gone through after all and promised to refund me, but two weeks passed with nothing but excuses. This was the first place I stayed after arriving in Chile, and the way they treated me was disgusting. Scammers. I'd never go back.

The owner was excellent with us, and the room was really nice, with clean bedding and a soft mattress. Parking is nearby at another location, but it's enclosed and feels completely secure. I definitely recommend it.

Everything was clean, and we could use the kitchen. It was also peaceful and close to the center. I loved the place. Excellent!

We loved this beautiful place when we visited, even though we weren't from there. The cat who shows up is precious 💖. I wish they would take care of it.
