The apartment was spacious, very clean, and perfect for a lovely family vacation. The views are beautiful 🤩, and I'll share photos from the balcony. Right across from the beach, with fast glass-walled elevators that let you enjoy the view on the way up and down.

We could walk to the Enjoy shopping center, bars, and restaurants from this quiet spot, with the beach across the avenue and suitable for swimming. The location was ideal for a relaxing family stay, and Uber made trips farther downtown convenient and affordable. Our host was attentive and helpful, and I highly recommend them. The rented apartment had all the amenities, luxurious decor, excellent bedrooms and bathrooms, and a fabulous kitchen. The building is a bit older, but everything still worked well. Common areas were spotless, and the cleaning and security staff were friendly and quick to help. They also carried out safety checks during our stay, including checks for gas leaks. I recommend it 100%.

It's a nice building on Avenida del Mar, in a good location. There are a few minor maintenance issues, but nothing major.
