We were able to wash our clothes, and our motorcycles were parked somewhere secure. The woman running the place was incredibly helpful and really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable.

Gladys was friendly and helpful, and we could leave our motorcycles in the front garden. It was a good-value room in the town centre, with a shared bathroom and kitchen.
The neighbourhood has a great feel, and there's a nice plaza with a basketball court right outside. Inside, the shared kitchen and living room are both spacious, and the shower has warm water and good pressure. The family hosting guests are very friendly, and the owner speaks English reasonably well. Prices are really good. It doesn't seem widely known among travellers yet, so it feels like a hidden gem for now.
It was quiet and fairly cheap compared with many places in town, with a park next door and a grocery store about a four-minute walk away. We paid 20,000 per person for a private room for two. It's basically a house, with the owners living next door and six upstairs rooms sharing a kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a freezer but no fridge, and only a few cooking utensils. There is a washer and dryer to use. Nobody was there to greet us apart from Tim, who was a guest, and the dog.
A handy spot near the centre, good enough for a night or two.
