Rodrigo was professional, friendly, and quick to respond, and EcoSur was just what I needed to get into the mountains. We stayed in the Cabaña for 4, which was comfortable though a little rough around the edges. They offer guide services, but we only paid for rides to and from Conguillio National Park, and that worked perfectly. I’d recommend EcoSur to anyone exploring the area.
We had a great stay, even though we arrived late and left very early after just one night. The cabin was clean, tidy, easy to reach, and in a quiet area. It had everything needed for 4-5 people, and they even had the heater lit for us. It would have been nice to have a kitchen towel and a hand towel in the bathroom, and for towels to be offered. We didn’t ask if they had any, but sometimes you forget to bring your own. Otherwise, the service and reception were very good. I recommend it 100%!
Alexander and Rodrigo were so kind and attentive, always ready to help with whatever we needed. Our cabin was spotless, tidy, and had a really pleasant, homey feel. Its location was convenient too, about a 20-minute walk from downtown Curacautín. We could enjoy the peace and quiet without being far from amenities. We also loved the town, which is clean and welcoming, with very friendly people.
Alexander, the friendly young man who welcomed us, gave excellent service and recommended some beautiful places to visit. The cabins were comfortable, clean, nice, and inexpensive. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you for being so kind.
Alexander was very accommodating and gave us excellent service and useful tourist information, including deals with hot springs. The comfortable cabins are conveniently placed for shopping and close to places to visit.
