The termas themselves are the best, but the service was really poor. There was no water all night because the repair person didn't want to come back from the city until the next day. Luckily I wasn't with a baby or someone with special needs. You can imagine the smell from the toilet. They also switched off the heating system at night, so it was quite cold.

The thermal water left me feeling refreshed, and the pool is big enough to enjoy during the day. Hotel guests can use a separate pool all night, while the geyser costs extra to enter, but it's worth the fee. The drive is fine for any vehicle and the views are incredible. The surrounding nature is beautiful too, with native forests and araucaria trees, especially colorful in autumn. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
