We had a Family Suite, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and the traditional style is really cute. We spent a lot of time in the sitting spaces, both indoors and outside. The staff were kind and helpful, and graciously took care of a few extra needs for us. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Norma at the front desk was especially kind and knew the best places to take kids. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place to visitors from abroad who want to see one of the most beautiful cities in southern Chile.
