Boye House

We really enjoyed the restaurant meals, and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Hotel Casona de Los Ríos in Futrono had a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Our group of nine adults used three rooms, all very clean, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms in great condition. There was some noise between rooms, so better soundproofing would help. The stairs could also make it difficult for people with very limited mobility. A very good stay, and we’ll definitely return!

Futrono’s center is a convenient location, and the place itself is simple and clean. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant staff gave excellent service. But the owner and receptionist treated us very badly. We had a confirmed quote and price, and they refused to honor it when we arrived. They were insolent and rude, which is no way to treat customers. We won’t be back.

We stayed December 29th to January 2nd, 2026, and came away with memories that will last. The rooms, views, and restaurant were all wonderful, but it was the service that made the vacation exceed our expectations. We told the team in person and wanted to write it here too: their warmth and dedication made all the difference. From Leo, the hotel manager, to Angelo, the restaurant chef, everyone showed passion and a genuine wish to give us an exceptional experience. Keep it up!

The rooms are very comfortable, with a good bed and a nice bathroom, and the staff are attentive. There’s no parking, though it’s easy enough to park outside. Sound carries between rooms, and you can hear the neighbors and the dining room.
