The rest of the staff were good, but Hugo, who seemed to own the place, was rude from our first contact with the hotel by phone. After we arrived, we wanted to rent a car, and he acted like he was doing us a favor. He seems more focused on money than on the actual customer experience.

Nightmare. The rooms were dirty, breakfast was terrible, and there was no hospitality. The owner put strangers in the adjoining room, and we couldn't lock the door between the two rooms. He didn't even care. Don't waste your time or money here.
