The owner, Antonio, never apologized, and the partial refund he promised never came. The apartment was dirty too, with hairs in the bathtub. There were hairs all over the pool deck, and the elevators kept breaking down. Other reviews mention these same issues, so avoid the complex, especially apartment 1303 from Antonio. I rented apartment 1303 from Antonio, with Victor as our contact. The hot water stopped on the first night. Victor was sorry, but couldn't fix it. On the second night, a pipe burst inside the wall and flooded the whole apartment (see pictures). My wife and I used towels to keep water away from electrical outlets so it wouldn't electrocute us or our kids. Victor was apologetic and helped, but we couldn't shower for the rest of our stay. It was the worst experience ever. This should get 0 stars.

I've lived here for 10 months, and the elevators have been a constant problem. For most of that time, only 2 of the 4 worked, and after fire damage in an apartment, none worked for weeks. Water also goes out often because of faulty installations, like broken pipes, or improper operation of the water system. The breaks have flooded apartments and storage units, and water leaks through ceilings from units above. There are no lasting fixes to any of this. It just looks like a "new and modern" building. I absolutely don't recommend living here.

During our 14-day stay this summer, we spent two full days without water, across two mornings and one afternoon. We complained to the owner again and again, but he cited force majeure. After all those complaints, he refunded just $100 of what we'd paid. There are also only two elevators for 36 floors. I don't recommend it.
