They showed no seriousness, commitment, or respect for reservations made in advance. They canceled without warning, then left us stranded in the middle of the night when we arrived, with no consideration at all. The staff were unprofessional, with no customer service skills, manners, or empathy. The service was terrible.

Traveling alone, I found this a very good place to stay as long as you don't need breakfast. The receptionists took shifts day and night, and they were warm and welcoming. They helped me with lots of questions about the city, even though they didn't speak Spanish.

We had a lovely vacation here when we came on our own in early February 2017. It was a pleasant stay, and the cleanliness was very good. We booked a three-person room through a booking site before the trip. It was on the first floor, facing an internal outdoor corridor and a huge wall. The hotel only has three floors, and most rooms are on the building's left side. Up on the terrace, there's a beautiful wide view, with the sea visible in the distance. We didn't make much use of the facilities, though they let us keep some food and drinks in the kitchen refrigerator. The building layout is unusual: much of the main room and the hallways are open to the weather. Mornings could feel chilly, while afternoons were pleasantly cool, even nice for sitting or smoking. The elevator was slow and only worked when its door was shut properly. This was eight years ago, so the details I've described, along with the photos and videos I shared, may be out of date. I'm not making a complaint, and it's not a luxury hotel. You know what you're paying for, and you enjoy it. It was a wonderful vacation. Best regards.
