Fine.

The service was terrible, with no concern for guests. They put me on a floor that's still under construction, and the workers made unbearable noise. The funny part is that they tell guests to arrive before 11 pm out of respect for the other guests.
The rooms have only the basics for comfort, and the dining space is so small that food smells drift into them. There’s also been construction next door for months, with daytime noise you can hear inside. To me, this feels more like a hostel or guesthouse than a proper hotel.
The staff were kind and helpful, and the location is handy for downtown Iquique. But the room was small, poorly ventilated, had no mini-fridge, and faced the access stairs. Eating in the room wasn't allowed. The bathroom was good, at least. There’s no elevator for the four floors, which makes carrying luggage uncomfortable. Food service is basic, served at set times, with no buffet. It feels more like a guesthouse than a hotel.
They really do care about guests, and the service is excellent. Still, there aren’t enough staff. With more people on the team, I think service, cleanliness, and food could all improve a lot, and there could be more menu choices too.
