The location is the best part. The place was disgusting and unclean, some power points didn’t work, and the doors wouldn’t close properly. It seriously needs renovating.

There’s room for improvement.

The location is prime, but poor management and terrible reception staff ruined the stay. Everything was filthy. Dust had fogged up the windows so much that I had to open one to take a picture of the sea. The towels were old, faded, frayed, and badly washed. The bed cushions were dirty and smelly, the floor was in bad condition, and the sheets had stains. A terrible experience, never again.

I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place. The night staff member, specifically a tall, white Venezuelan man, was offensive and very unprofessional. He kicked us out of our room at 2:00 AM, and although we chose to leave in the end, they refused to refund us. Paying so much for poor service at a hotel that doesn’t meet all expectations and protocols is a waste of time.
