It's a peaceful spot with plenty around it: restaurants and shops nearby, green spaces, and parking for both owners and visitors. The beach and Avenida del Mar are only a block and a half away. There are two pools, one for adults and a smaller one for kids, and a 24-hour concierge. The place is very comfortable.

We found the apartments lovely and the people friendly. It's a quiet place to come and unwind, with parking too. The pool is kept at just the right temperature if you'd rather skip the beach.

We stayed in building 3, apartment 304. It was modern and new, but the service was awful, and I'll never come back to this condo. The internet didn't work and the cable was cut off. We complained, and only the cable was restored. The kitchen had very few dishes, just four glasses in one size and two smaller ones. The dishwasher faucet was in bad shape. They said after-sales service would come, but nobody showed up. They charged 25,000 pesos for cleaning at checkout, even though the apartment hadn't been fully cleaned when we got it. It felt like a rental run by stingy people, and a scam.
