There was no privacy, and you could hear people going into the hostel's storage room from 7 a.m. The worst thing was part of the ceiling falling on us and leaving my cell phone completely unusable. They refused to answer it. Terrible experience.

The patio is lovely, the kitchen is roomy and well equipped, and the hot water always worked. But the internet didn’t reach the back half of the house. There was also a lot of confusion about reservations. I booked through Booking.com, and if I hadn’t called to check, they wouldn’t have known I had a reservation. That’s a shame. I could have arrived and had no room because of the poor communication.

We could hear all the street noise, and by 6:30 in the morning it was impossible to sleep. The service was terrible. While we were asleep, a piece of plaster fell from the ceiling onto the nightstand and gave us a huge scare. Luckily, I’d moved the bed the night before. Otherwise it could have hit my head or my baby's. The staff took no responsibility.
