We were charged twice for the room, which we only found out after 10 days: $140 USD at check-in on my credit card, then another $118 USD on the card used to confirm the reservation. That’s $258 USD total, and we probably won’t get the money back. I’ve started to think the company cheats its guests. Once we booked, there was no way to cancel after we realized the price was shown in USD, not CLP as we’d assumed. We stayed for two nights. The room smelled damp and had no fresh air, with only a window onto the corridor. There was hair on the linen, yellow stains on the pillow, and the TV didn’t work. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. The bathroom and shower were full of mud. People walking past could see into the room through the window, and it was noisy. Breakfast was poor, and when I asked for marmalade, the person serving it brought it over rudely. If you can, book somewhere else.
