The breakfast had a really good selection, the rooms were clean, and most of the staff were friendly. The hotel itself was nice, but the WiFi was truly horrible. It would be perfect if they fixed that.

The rooms were okay, and the Faro monument is close by. For restaurants, though, there were only two or three nearby, so the location wasn't great. The bathtub had no stopper, and after I asked for one it took over an hour to arrive. Our room had a partly obstructed sea view, but it wasn't too bad. You still get a good view from an end room.

The service staff were really, really kind. Nice hotel, and the food, including breakfast, was good.

I didn't feel welcome here. At check-in people mostly ignored us or rushed us along without explaining what to do. Nobody came over to talk to me while I waited at the front desk. The restaurant food wasn't good, and the free breakfast was gross. Our room was uncomfortable and stayed hot even with the AC set to 19. The bed and pillows hurt my neck and body. We really didn't have a good experience.

The place was clean and modern. We were there in April 2019, and the breakfast was not mostly bread and pastries, despite what some reviews said. Look at the photos. My only criticism is that the window in our second-floor room wouldn't lock.
