Breakfast was supposed to be served at one time, then at another, and a cleaning note came to nothing because nobody ever showed up. The room I got was noisy from outside and had neither air conditioning nor even a fan. There were no towels or toiletries in the bathroom. They later tried to put me in a room without a window. The facilities don't match what's advertised, and the photos and descriptions should be clearer. A really bad experience, and I can't recommend the place.

Breakfast was much more complete and varied than I expected, and it was included in the room price. The hotel isn't fancy, but the beds were clean, soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless and worked well, with excellent water pressure. They change the towels and are attentive when you need something. The staff are friendly and helpful, the price is very good, and it's near the Serena market. A pleasant stay.

The beds and headboards were really good, and the staff were friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived. It's well located for a vacation, though I'd choose a room farther from the street because of the noise. The rooms could use some maintenance. This isn't a luxury hotel.

It's downtown, close to the plaza, which is a good location. There's no parking at the hotel, but they have an arrangement for parking that costs extra. It could be a good place if they took better care of it. Just average.

In the middle of winter, all I had on the bed was one blanket, and the room smelled strongly of damp.
