Jaqueline was kind, courteous, polite, and always ready to help travelers and guests. Her excellent service made the stay much more pleasant. The place is in the city center but far from the beach. Beds and linens were good, with covered parking and good security. Average value for money.

The management is excellent and new, and you can tell things have changed. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with fresh towels and soft sheets. Indoor parking is excellent, and breakfast is good.

Compared with the years we stayed here before, the service was very poor and seems to have gone downhill. Breakfast and service have declined significantly since a year ago. Our room was very unclean, with papers, bottle caps, and dust bunnies under the beds, and stained sheets. The person who checked us in that morning barely understood any Spanish.

Friends recommended it, so we called to book, and it was excellent! We had clean sheets and towels, hot water, covered parking with a 2.5 m height clearance, and a warm breakfast in the morning.

Don Andrés and his team made us feel at home, congratulations to them. Everyone was very friendly, and the place was clean and tidy. There are outdoor areas to spend time together, and breakfast was decent. It works for a stay of one day or more.
