2/10
It used to be a nice place with good facilities for serving customers, but it’s not the same now. It’s not very close to downtown Ovalle, and the location is very bad, surrounded by dump. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The beds were the softest and best I’ve had in Chile, and I slept really well. The food was great too!

Our room 107 was spacious and comfortable, but the shower water drained too slowly and flooded onto the bathroom floor. It was really inconvenient and unpleasant. The pool is very good, and the gym has adequate equipment. The breakfast was plentiful, the restaurant food delicious with good service, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

10/10
A very pleasant, peaceful stay, and the breakfast was very good. There were a few things that could be improved: details with the shower and some cleaning in the common areas. The terrace still had dirty ashtrays and glasses from the previous night. Nothing that couldn’t be fixed.

This was my second short stay, and I enjoyed the comfort and excellent service again. The breakfast was very complete, and the restaurant had a respectable menu and attentive staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly. I’d definitely come back.
