Immaculate, cozy cabins with all the equipment you need, plus lovely gardens and a spectacular view. Just four steps to get there.

The cabins are simple, with a lovely view and a good location. But the owner's service left a lot to be desired. She was unsympathetic and seemed dismissive of guests. This was our first stay here, and it'll be our last. We know the area well and have better recommendations for next time.

The place was unclean and very noisy, being close to the city entrance. The hostess was unpleasant, and the old beds made sleep an ordeal instead of a chance to rest. You're charging for a service that doesn't improve those worn mattresses, with the springs digging into my body. Dear Madam, I know quality, which is why I'm complaining. I always stay with the Diego de Almagro Hotel chain, if that means anything to you. Not recommended.

Everything else was fantastic: the cabins are spacious and beautiful, well-equipped, with comfortable warm beds, a kitchen with what you need to cook, and pleasant bathrooms with hot water at all times. It's an easy walk to the center of Panguipulli. My only downside was the heating, which didn't reach the whole cabin. I was there in winter, when it was needed, so that's why I gave four stars.
