The whole team deserves a 10 out of 10. Herna explained everything clearly and was very kind, and Vero was a sweetheart. The place felt welcoming, and both the cleanliness and breakfast were 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it, my experience was wonderful.

Breakfast is included, and there are nearby places to socialize as well as a supermarket close by. The cabins have ocean views and direct beach access, and it’s a 45-minute walk to Punta de Lobos. Inside, there’s a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and utensils, along with spacious bathrooms. A splendid place, as usual.

The breakfast was generous and the service was good. It’s a nice place, though it does look a bit dated.

The pool, view, breakfast, and rest of the property were nice, but our cabin made the stay disappointing. For the price, the cabin assigned to my family of four adults and one child felt dangerous and much too small. There were sharp corners at head height and uneven areas and edges at floor level where someone could easily hit their head or fall. The bathroom door was a transparent glass panel opening onto the kitchen, so people at the table could see whoever was using the bathroom. The kitchen also seemed to have been adapted by putting a sofa bed and bunk bed beside the table. One bed was nearly unusable: on the top bunk, lifting your head even 30 cm meant hitting the ceiling, and climbing up felt dangerous, so we didn’t use it. The bathroom and kitchen taps leaked and left puddles. We were given a cloth to mop them, and although we asked to change cabins, no solution was offered beyond someone mopping the floor once in two days. I’d advise checking exactly which cabin is being offered before booking, since they don’t mention the number of rooms. That omission felt misleading. We’d stayed there before for the same price and had a different quality cabin, so we felt somewhat cheated by the service. The place has potential, and I hope they improve, but this time was quite disappointing.
