You can visit any time of year, and it’s a good base for enjoying the surf town and spending time with people from elsewhere. The location is excellent, and the setup seems suited to getting through winter. There’s more information on the website.

The kitchen was clean and fully equipped, and the staff were lovely. It’s a relaxed place with a social feel, just seconds from the beach. I’d definitely recommend it.
