A night in the hot tub on your balcony, taking in that beautiful view, is hard to beat if you want to relax. These apartment-style rooms are lovely, clean, and have lots of amenities. Sasha made sure we had everything we needed, with great service. We loved this place and would highly recommend it.

The hot tub is a real plus, and the internet is excellent, which isn’t common in Chile. Thanks for making the necessary investment in the connection. The place looks good but is very standard, and the service is fine without being top-notch. It’s a shame they’re so greedy about holding back the Nescafe pods for the coffee machine, especially when the machine sits right in the middle of the kitchen. That feels useless and cheap, definitely a minus. And why put a huge TV screen in the middle of the lodge? A mystery. Maybe they got a discount from a TV maker.

The hotel is new, and the room was nice and well equipped, with air conditioning, a Nespresso machine, a small kitchen, a hair dryer, and a nice bed. The service is a little clumsy and needs improvement. They’ll bring what’s missing when you ask, but you shouldn’t have to request basics like milk at breakfast, napkins, or towels. It was good overall, but needed more attention.
