This is my number one hostel so far on this trip. The team is fantastic, the beds are a dream, and the atmosphere is impressive. It's clean and well maintained too. I had a really great time and hope my travels bring me back a second time. Thanks for your good job!

The garden is huge and lovely. I even got a great snooze in the sun lounger. The room we'd booked turned out to be more like a cupboard, and the lady only told us after taking our money. Some people might be fine sleeping there, but I wasn't warned ahead of time. I spent the last night in the big dorm, where there were no charging plugs or pillows, and the showers had glass doors. A pane was missing from the window, so mosquitoes ate me alive overnight.

We arrived really late because of all the issues in chile, and the owner couldn't have been kinder or more flexible about check-in. We had a great time in Pucón thanks to how easygoing she was. I recommend this hostel for the location, cleanliness, and amenities, but especially for the staff. Go there, you won't regret it.

Hostal Flamingo felt warm and welcoming, like an old beach house, and the people were awesome. Everything in town is within walking distance, with lots of different activities available every day. Thanks for making us feel so welcome.
