The fresh breakfast had a nice range of local food, and the rooms were clean, with smart TVs and hot water around the clock. The staff were curious, helpful, and professional. Hostal Graciela is close to the main bus station, tour companies, restaurants, and grocery stores. Henry speaks English very well and was happy to take care of anything I needed. I'd book here again if I return to Pucón.

Breakfast was included and very good, and the owner was helpful with arranging attractions around Pucon. The location made getting around easy, just a block from the main street and near plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, travel agencies, and other urban attractions. Parking was easy too, with a hospital half a block away.

Room 7 felt recently renovated and was quiet, with a comfortable queen bed, bedside lights and outlets on both sides. There was a wardrobe with hangers and shelves, plus two benches for luggage. The bathroom had a small tub, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels. The door didn't fit properly and had to be slammed shut. The shower pressure was good and the temperature was warm, around 120°F, though I prefer 125-130°F. Its small exterior window brought in good light. There was also a radiator, though we didn't need it in summer. Breakfast included yogurt, ham, salami, cheese and/or scrambled eggs, fruit, rolls, butter, and jam. After two nights at the rundown, dirty El Colono for the same price, the cleanliness, newer feel, and breakfast here were amazing.
