Mónica is so welcoming and does whatever she can to make your stay pleasant. It's a warm, friendly hostel, an easy walk from central Pucón, restaurants, and nightlife. Recommended.

They even lent us their own bike for the day. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the whole stay was great.

The second-floor room is cozy, and the little heater makes a big difference. Monica was flexible about what travelers needed, and it was easy to meet people in the shared space. Clean, affordable, and well located. A good pick for budget backpackers, and I recommend booking directly with Monica.
