The beds were lovely and comfortable in a clean room, and breakfast was nice. The staff helped us using Google translate and even offered an early breakfast for our early checkout. Thanks to everyone. The only letdown was the pool, with cloudy water and a slimy floor. Great location.

Natalia stood out for her kindness and professionalism, ten stars from my wife and me. The place was so clean that anyone who cares about cleanliness should be very impressed. Our big king size bed was extremely comfortable, with just the right layers of blankets and comfortable pillows. We had a delightful stay at Hotel Inti Kuyen, and it exceeded our expectations. Don't wait, call Natalia now.

The staff were friendly, and the location was great. But the facilities are very outdated, the bed was awful, the bathroom leaked, and breakfast was basic and not good. For that price, it isn't worth it; there are better choices at a similar rate.

The atmosphere was super pleasant, and the location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fresh, delicious, and filling. There was a pool and spa too. A wonderful stay in Pucón.

Right in the center of town, across from Pucón's main square, the hotel has spacious rooms at an affordable price. The buffet breakfast is excellent, and there is air conditioning, a swimming pool, and private outdoor parking. Keep in mind that streets close during the Ironman competition.
