I was there back in 2016, and wow, it brought back a wave of nostalgia. From what I remember, it was a warm, welcoming place with small spaces and kind fellow guests. The common room was the highlight for me. We met some great people there and shared wine 😊 A lovely weekend away from valparaiso.

The host was the nicest guy, always around and happy to help his guests. The atmosphere was friendly, and the bed was comfy, with a hot shower and a well equipped kitchen. The price was reasonable for the area. I’d recommend staying here, absolutely.

We had a great time during the day, and the atmosphere was really cool. All the staff were nice, too. The problem was the four bed dorm. The beds felt like sleeping on the floor, and the walls are low, open at the top, so you hear everything happening on the floor and can see the light. If they insulated and closed those walls, it would be a great place.

The staff were really nice and friendly, and helped us out by preparing breakfast early for our Villarrica ascent. We found the hostel cosy, with a comfortable private room, a hot private bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen with two stoves. There was soap and towels missing from the bathroom, though. The common lobby was cosy enough. Lovely stay!

I paid 8000 a night for a dorm in Dec 2016, with a simple breakfast included. It’s a great place to meet other travelers. The staff are enthusiastic about Pucon, and they make you feel like you’re part of the town.
