The surroundings are pretty and peaceful, but staying here was really uncomfortable. There’s no air conditioning, and even in December the heat was unbearable. Upstairs there were so many mosquitoes, spiders, and other insects, and birds could get in through an open window. Nights, meanwhile, were freezing. It felt like camping in the Amazon rainforest. The shower and phone were in terrible shape, and without a phone holder the phone couldn’t be used. You also need to bring your own food and water since there’s nothing close by. For this place, I’d expect a price around 40,000. I’m surprised it has so many good reviews.

The hosts were so warm and welcoming, and made sure I had everything I needed. I stayed four days with my son over Holy Week, and the weather was wonderful. Our cabin was warm, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Being there among nature’s sounds and smells was lovely. I’d happily have this experience again any time of year with my family.

Alejandro and his family were available whenever we needed something. We could head out to enjoy the nearby lake, then come back to the quiet forest or relax in the hot tub. It was such a peaceful place to unwind, and these were easily the best days of our vacation. Highly recommend it.

The cabin has everything you need to feel at home, and the owners are very welcoming. The views are beautiful, and the setting makes it easy to truly relax. There are also lots of places to visit nearby. Highly recommended! ✨✨✨✨✨
